Christine Spencer
Christine Spencer is currently the Director of Marketing for the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau (PHLCVB). In this role, she leads the implementation of an integrated organization-wide strategic marketing plan to strengthen the PHLCVB brand identity and broaden awareness of Philadelphia as a premier destination for meetings, conventions, and global tourism.
Prior to this position, Ms. Spencer was the Vice President of Marketing for the Museum of the American Revolution which opened in 2016. She was responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies, creating and maintaining the Museum’s brand identity, and overseeing communications initiatives. Ms. Spencer also served as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Atlantic City Alliance. As a member of the executive team, she developed and implemented strategies to market Atlantic City as a leisure tourism destination.
Previous positions included Vice President of Marketing for the National Constitution Center, and Brand Manager for Philadelphia Newspapers, LLC.
Spencer earned a bachelor’s degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
